New York Dept of Insurance, by Emergency Orders, requires that all Insured’s in the state of NY be notified of their rights under the current orders. By Law, the attached notice must be provided to all your Insured’s within New York. Further this notice should be provided on all new billings you provide to your NY Insureds while the Emergency Orders are inforce.


If you have a question about your policy payment and you have suffered financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please contact your Broker to discuss your policy and any premium due.  




This notice is being provided in accordance with New York Department of Financial Services emergency regulation 11 NYCRR 229 in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.  You are receiving this notice because you are an insurance producer or third party administrator with which we do business in the State of New York.  The emergency regulation provides that individuals or small businesses in New York state who have suffered a financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic to certain relief for premium payments due and any associated late fees for a period of time defined by the emergency regulation.  The emergency regulation can be found at  Please review the regulation and its impact on policies issued in the State of New York.
